NEVER again! Supposed to stay 2 nights and checked out after 1, so I would not feel as guilty for pre-paying for $185. Room was atrocious and smelled "old" , stiff beding and towels, slept ON the bed and still felt itchy. Bathroom counter, front wood piece fell off as I was standing at the counter. The tub/shower had what appeared to be mold/mildew all over the tile, which was also chipped and cracked in spots. Hotel do Meh Room was dirty. Staff was friendly, but there was always a long line at the counter, sine only 2 people worked at any given time. The "breakfast" wasn't really worth it, although the coffee was surprisingly good. The bed was a squeaky rock and the pillows were aweful. However, for $80.00 a night it was priced correctly.

The hotel is in serious need of a deep cleaning. One of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed at, especially for the price. Mildew in the shower, the bed cover was dingy. The shower plumbing sounded like it was going to bust out of the wall.

awful stay a long hair on the bed, sticky floor in the bathroom, yellow stain on the loo,dusty lightstand,very loud noise everytime next door use toilet.
Was unable to sleep due to dogs barking Sketchy area of town. Security doors were not locked. Large dogs barking from inside someone's room and night manager said he could do nothing. "Extended stay" items were not in room - anything we needed had to be requested from hotel management.

false claims Too much noise! Right next to expressway, staff had their kids running up and down halls screaming first thing in morning..free breakfast was a total joke..claim of cookware, dishes, in room was false..you had to request them and then then there were options..like you want a pot?would be a three star hotel for a third world person.

Not at all good Room was clean but during the stay there was no cleaning , I had to ask for the towels and soap and shampoo , poor room service, I killed 2 cockroaches, lamps had broken bulbs and the cooler was working constantly not making the room cold enough but not shutting down either, I asked the reception to send someone but no one was available to fix it!not enough kitchen dishes or toaster and coffee maker, I had a baby and I had to ask everyday but they told me I have to wait for someone to bring the stuff back so ... read more

Will not be back to Extended Stay America. Room smelled, was outdated, , curtains were stained, and lighting was terrible. Will not return to any Extended Stay.good
