Nice looking place, needs exterminator! There were bed bugs!!!!!

Terrible experience No change of towels the next day and no cleaning the room. Avoid!

Horrible!, Horrible! Horrible! Place needs a total overhaul - it was filthy! I was scheduled to stay 4 nights....when I arrived the lobby and hallway were in need of cleaning. The room smelled, there were used tissues on the floor, hair on and in the bed, carpet was not vacuumed and the furniture was old and unclean. I slept in my chair, fully clothed and did not even lie on the bed. I am not a snob, however this was probably the worst place I have stayed. The main elevator and exit door, didn't work through out my stay. The pool was out of service also. Their so advertised continental breakfast was nothing more than coffee and muffins and to top things of, they were out of sugar for a couple of days. It just seems that there a few things out but nobody ever paid any attention to this things.

Not good! I was very insecure while staying here. The room was filthy (stains on the chairs and walls).

Dirtiness everywhere Hotel is not clean at all. I had to change 3 rooms in two days because of flies in the rooms

Terrible all around No one at front desk for late check in, then clerk was really rude, the non-smoking room stunk, the toilet was leaking, they were rude when I called to notify them, they said they would get back to me and never did, then thy were rude when I had them change my room.. Horrible experience!

Not a hotel,, an apartment Lobby desk was seldom occupied. Mattress was bottom of the line,, not much padding. Bottom sheet was not fitted,, one rollover and the bottom sheet was out of place. I won't stay at this chain again.
