Good value for the money. They apparently only service the rooms once a week so towels have to be hung up to dry and if you need the bed made before you get in you have to do it yourself. Clean and liveable but not a Hyatt if that is what you are looking for. Breakfast was coffee, packaged muffins, breakfast bars and I think packaged oatmeal (I didn't sample it) and they offered a grabngo. Great location for our needs.
Wishy-washy The female employees were friendly and helpful. 1 male who worked overnight was rude and another who never knocked to come replace towels and would barge in, or attempt to. I was given a non-smoking room that smelled of cigarettes and when asked to be moved because of my baby, I was told by night staff YOU WERE LUCKY TO GET THE ROOM YOU GOT (note that I did make a reservation in advance)
Smell This hotel was good and bad.. there is no parking late at night .. there is trash in the stair ways that are HORRIBLE.. at night there is only one person working so if you need something you have to get it yourself .. also we had a phone with no buttons so calling for room service we had to use our cell phones.. pool was closed .. breakfast was just gronola bars and coffee .. but some staff was extremely nice

No continental breakfast. When booking this hotel, the amenities listed that they have continental breakfast included. So we went with it to be able to save money every morning instead of going out to eat at IHOP etc. but it turned out that they don't have continental breakfast but a grab n go type instead of just muffins and granola bars. So disappointing of the false advertisement. When we asked the staff member upfront to make sure, she told us they NEVER served that and how the hotel needs to change that part on Expedia.... read more
