Smell This hotel was good and bad.. there is no parking late at night .. there is trash in the stair ways that are HORRIBLE.. at night there is only one person working so if you need something you have to get it yourself .. also we had a phone with no buttons so calling for room service we had to use our cell phones.. pool was closed .. breakfast was just gronola bars and coffee .. but some staff was extremely nice

I felt like I was home It was like home away from hone but not.. Really home
Location going downhill. Disappointed in one of my favorite locations. Room maintenance was past due, roaches in the room, and the breakfast wasn't much to speak of anymore.

I recommend this hotel. I stay here often. This room 224, had mildew in the shower Caulking. The light bulb was out in the restroom area.

Better Every Visit My boyfriend and I return to this hotel periodically as it was the first place we stayed after becoming a couple. Staff is always pleasant & eager to assist. Common areas & rooms are exceptionally clean. Plenty of parking. Quiet & peaceful. Well worth the price & drive to North Austin.
No continental breakfast. When booking this hotel, the amenities listed that they have continental breakfast included. So we went with it to be able to save money every morning instead of going out to eat at IHOP etc. but it turned out that they don't have continental breakfast but a grab n go type instead of just muffins and granola bars. So disappointing of the false advertisement. When we asked the staff member upfront to make sure, she told us they NEVER served that and how the hotel needs to change that part on Expedia.... read more
