Ok The check in process was fine they were training a new person so it took longer but that ok. Going to the room one elevator was not working. The hallway smelled of smokers. Once in the room there was garbage under the sink in the kitchen. There were no dishes in the room not even a paper cup. Yes I could go to the front desk to get dishes, why should I they should be in the room. No coffee pot in room because they offer that in the lobby not good. no housekeeping the whole time of our stay. Fresh towels only if you go to ... read more

NOT a complete kitchen The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent, but when did Extended Stay stop putting cooking and eating utensils in their units? I can't see how they can call them complete kitchens if you have bring pots and pans, skillets and glasses, cups and plates, and silver/

Do Not Stay Here This hotel was terrible. Cold showers, power went out, no housekeeping, dirty linens, dirty towels, no toilet paper. Avoid staying here.

You get what you pay for. Welcome was great. Then our service took a turn for the worse when we asked for sheets. We were treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. Definitely not a good customer service experience. I expected more for the price we paid but I guess it was the least expensive for a reason.

BEDBUGS EXTREME!!! I stay in this hotel for Room#210 during sxsw 2016, in Austin Texas. cut it short , left after 2 nights because of "BedBugs Bites"! It's horrible! Extremely bad like rashes all over my legs! Went down & speak with the GM Zena but, seems like it's just normal to her like nothing happen and then she ask me how I got them.. I told her you crazy?? You got to be kidding me! I left the hotel and booked different hotel.. Y'all need to stay away from this place unless they will clean up this up this place..it's ho... read more
