Bad hotel, smelled of smoke, and dampness. Really wished we had stayed anywhere else. Room wasn't clean, or comfortable and smelled of smoke and dampness. Promised free breakfast and free wifi but both were barely kept. Wifi was slow like dial up modem and breakfast was granola bars. Just awful for the price of a real hotel

Scared to stay at this hotel. I do not know how Expedia gave this hotel a 3.2 rating. I recently went to a wedding in Austin, TX and needed a place to stay. Not knowing the area and relying on Expedia rating and recommendation we got reservations for 2 nights. We arrived at 6:30 PM. Instantly, I got bad vibes when checking in. Terrible!!! Stay somewhere else!!! My wife and I made an overnight trip to Austin to help my mother move. We were pretty tired from driving and moving. Everything was ok until we got to the elevators. It smelled. It smelled leading up to the room. Once in the room it smelled so bad we were unable to sleep. The odor was so penetrated. It was a mix of food, smoked foods, and cigarettes (we reserved a non-smoking room). To top it off the refrigerator looked like it had old dried blood on it. Overbooked and disgraceful service. Our plane was schedule to land in Texas just after midnight. I called the hotel from Charlotte, NC. This was about 8:00 to 8:30 PM, on a stop over to change planes.I told the operator that we would not be arriving to after 1:00 AM. She assured me that was OK and she would let the front desk know. unable to check in at 3:00 pm due to no rooms clean. returned after event and was told there were no rooms available. they hurriedly cleaned a room but had no a/c. hot stuffy room and got no sleep. demanded a refund

Not a good experience. First hotel I've stayed at where I couldn't check in earlier than the official check in time. Room had a bad odor. It took 10 minutes for the water to get hot. There was a loud dripping noise coming from the air conditioner all night. Had to get ear plugs from the front desk, but still slept terribly. The breakfast selection was pitiful. Worst hotel experience I've ever had!
