The room was clean but the furniture could use an update. I prefer to use stairwells when I have the option and the stairwells in this facility were filthy. There was plenty of parking and overall this was a nice and quiet stay for me. The bed was comfortable and I liked the TV channel options.
Joseph, front desk clerk, was friendly. We waited 10 mintutes to check in but he was the only clerk and the manager left the office.

Adequate The room was spacious but needs updating. It is good for families on a budget but if you are looking for luxurious rooms or amenities, this is not the hotel for you. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The bath tub needed updating and the counters were warped. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked so we were fine.

I'm visiting family when in Austin; this hotel is convenient, but very complicated to get to the first time. Generally quiet, however, since cooking facilities are in each rooom and construction workers often stay here, there are occasional cooking smells. There is a picnic area on the property and these workers occasionally party here making noise and leaving trash. For me, the convenient location with respect to family and price are enough for me to return.
