The hotel condition is poor, rooms dirty/run down, the staff were overwhelmed, rooms are noisy, dogs in hotel barking. Would never stay here again.

I am not suggesting anyone to stay in this hotel. Breakfast was horrible

Lower your expectations before arrival... I just needed a place to sleep before an early flight out of BWI with my 11 year old daughter. We got there late and were greeted by a disheveled employee in stained clothes. At first were given a room on the second floor that turned out to be occupied (it was locked from the inside when we tried to open it). And the whole second floor smelled like marijuana. Front desk attendant after hours was not near the front desk and instead was in a room eating and watching TV with headphone buds in so we had to literally call about 20 times and bang on the front door before he ever came out. Then it turns out he never actually checked us in which we found out the next morning when they were asking how we paid and where we sure that I ruined number was the room number that we said as well as he gave us the wrong room to begin with with only one bed instead of 2 so we had to come back downs... read more

Disappointing Stay There is no phone in the room. No housekeeping that cleans the room until stay has been completed. You have to keep going to the front desk everytime you need something because there is no phones in the room. Need clean towels, have to walk the dirty ones down and wait to swap them out. Staff was not pleasant in my opinion. Wouldn’t stay here again
