No WiFi, room not clean for 2 days, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, staff were nasty no WiFi to complete my work. I was in school, unable to complete my assignment it was too bad.

Staff was rarely at desk. No supplies in kitchen. The kitchen had nothing. No dishes nothing at all. Place was filthy. Bathroom had nothing but soap. We had to take towels to the desk to exchange and had to wait overnight for fresh ones. The smell of marajuana was constant. Very sketchy place. This place was awful and ghetto

Sheets were clean but the rest of the room was not. Gross stains on the chairs carpet and tv stand had dried food on it. Bathroom was clean but had a half empty TP roll. For 60 a night you can't expect to much but I'd rather pay double and stay next door at the Hilton next time. Hallways and stairwells smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarettes. Lobby was far from inviting. Staff was friendly but could use some improvements on their interpersonal skills. Surprisingly quite for the amount of people there.

Never staying in this Hotel again!!! Place is dirty, beds not comfortable, hotel and specially room smells like cigarettes. I got bite bugs from the room!!!!!

Don't stay here. Have stayed at several Extended Stay America's, this is by far the worst I have stayed at. Hotel website advertised hotel shuttle with no hours mentioned. Discover upon arrival at hotel shuttle didn't start till 6:00 am, I needed to be at the airport no later than 5:30am. Staff said we can order a cab that I could pay for. Room was very run down, pillows were as flat as could be, the tub facet was broken and too several minutes to get get it working correctly. Bring you own Ice and Ash Tray! I got to the hotel at about 4:15PM, I wasn't allowed to check-in until 5:30, they said the room wasn't ready! Check-in starts at 3PM. Then when I asked if a ice machine was on my floor, I was told, I had an ice tray in the fridge, no ice machine. When checked no ice tray in the fridge. Then I requested an ash tray, staff wasn't able to help...
