Smoking room? Our room had been smoked in and it ruined the whole night. So much for “smoke-free”

Disgusting We just needed a hotel close to BWI for one night. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular given how cheap this place was but the staff was rude, the room was not very clean and there was bugs in the bathroom in the middle of the night when i got up.

Person at front desk was horrible! I booked this hotel for my son and his girlfriend through Expedia when they were having car trouble. I was told by Expedia that the minimum age was 18. My son is 18 and his girlfriend is 19. they were on their way from DC to Philadelphia to meet us for the weekend. It was the day of a terrible storm all up and down the East Coast. Never pick this hotel Staff at both extended stay hotels.at BWI were rude and could not listen long.enough to even get my name right so they spent 15 minutes just looking for my reservation! Whole hotel...elevators and room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana? Sheets and bedding so worn and scratchy got red marks on any skin they came in contact with. No water pressure and no stable temp control. Floor covered in greasy film. Horrible and left without getting any sleep because of the conditions.

Beds were uncomfortable, room was dated with no dishes and falling apart. Worst experience ever.

Horrible stay This hotel is in need of work. Stayed as a non.smoking facility, on the floor there is the constant smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and just as I was about to shower I noticed the used wash cloth from the previous occupant and a filthy shower nozzle. The floors need vacuuming and shampooing badly.
