Bring you own Ice and Ash Tray! I got to the hotel at about 4:15PM, I wasn't allowed to check-in until 5:30, they said the room wasn't ready! Check-in starts at 3PM. Then when I asked if a ice machine was on my floor, I was told, I had an ice tray in the fridge, no ice machine. When checked no ice tray in the fridge. Then I requested an ash tray, staff wasn't able to help...

No good Hobo hotel. Smelt of smoke. Even in non smoking room. Overall old dirty. Hotel needs a revamp

Too noisy!!!!! Hear the floor sound from upstair The worse experience I ever had! I was stayed @room 219~very noisy! I heard the sound from upstairs all night long (u could hear a person is walking and walking) ~couldn't sleep good at all! I asked the front desk~~upstairs is the laundry room but the floor is not strong and durable enough? How come I could hear the sound from 3rd floor ? ! Not recommend this hotel!

First of all I requested to be pick up at BWI, the shuttle bus never came , of course I had to taxi in. I had also requested prior to do the booking to be pick up st 4:30 am, the operator told me it wS no problem the shuttle bus will be there at 4:30 am, when I got to the hotel, the receptionist didn't even have me on the list , I was also yimd the hotel was 2 mls away, in reality it was7-10 miles . asquerosamente sucio horrible! en el cuarto no se podia respirar por el olor a humo de cigarro. siendo un cuarto para NO fumadores.ya que soy asmatica. asquero. tenia moho en las paredes del baño y el piso estaba asquerosamente sucio. tuve ganas hasta de llorar.

Not happy Expedia put me in this hotel after they so called cancelled my room at the Laquita inn without any call or email! They put us in a smoking room, which smelled really bad! Didn't have a roll away bed available, the beds were very small, so we were smashed! The airport transportation was very unfriendly and I would never stay there again!

Don't recommend at all. Completely dirty room was not cleaned before we arrived. Shower had old soap, hair and rags in it. Floor was dirty also. No coffee for coffee maker and not vacuumed . Tray and gum stuck in drawers . It was the worst stay but we had no other options . And breakfast was a muffin and coffee at the lobby :( very disapponted. They said sorry !! REALLY !!!
