Stay away! Never again. Checked in at 1am after a very long day. Just wanted to sleep for a few hours before my flight. Room was a horrible smelling smoking room. Called down and the staff told me that I'd booked a smoking room. Not true. My booking clearly said non-smoking. Between the uncomfortable cheap pillows and the smell that was so strong, you could taste it, I finally got up at 5 am and left for the airport for a 1p flight. Had to get out. Terrible experience it was horrible. Spiders coming from ceiling in bathroom while showering. No wash cloths. No iron.

Smoking Room Made a reservation through Expedia, two hours before check-in. They put me in a smoking room that smelled so terrible I could not sleep. Said it was the only room available.

Miss leading on website Pictures were nice on Expedia. Trash was everywhere outside the doors. The mattress had stains and no dishes were in the room. The front desk person had people hanging out in the lobby. Very bad

The shower water was almost nonexistent. There was a moldy smell in the hallway. And the kitchen floor was a little sticky. I do not expect much for when I stay overnight at hotels, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Pick another place. Bed had strands of hair on it. Tub had strands of hair on it. Some kind of bug was on the sink in the morning. Not clean. Continental breakfast was Sara Lee muffins in a plastic wrapper and coffee. Will never stay here again.

Lobby and front desk check in was not professional. Room was fine, but broken lamps, dented shades etc. Bed was surprising comfortable. The best part of our stay was the woman that drove the shuttle bus to the airport. Very friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable The room was clean but the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. We were awakened from our sleep at 2:00 in the morning due to a fire in another room onthe other side of the building. We assumed we had to evacuate. There were no communication from the staff before and after the fire. The hallway had a very strong marijuana stench. It was very discomforting. I would not stay here again. My experience was not pleasant.

Awful beyond belief I was unable to board my flight out of BWI and ended up needing to stay an extra day. Rather than traveling back to Washington DC, I booked a stay at Extended Stay - BWI Airport. It was affordable and available last minute, but to say it was an unpleasant stay would be the understatement of the year.
