Horrific experience Hotel reeked so bad of weed and tobacco smoke, we had to buy frebreeze just to stomach the room. We also got to share one pillow, when we asked for another one they said they were out... they could give us a blanket to sleep on.....

Terrible stay Arrived late. Room had not been serviced. Beds were not made. Used towels on floor. Bathroom dirty. I would not recommend this place at all.

Dirty crickets urine I have never had a hotel so bad that I decided to do a review but this hotel extended stay was far from what I wanted to stay in first room was uncleaned only bed made up room smelled stale like a dirty gym the second room the bathroom was uncleaned ring and hair in tub and dried Urine all on the seat of the toilet and to top the night off my husband killed two crickets and one chirp all night (couldn't get to it behind the fridge ) btw I just drove 7 hrs from Ohio and 8 mos pregnant if I didn't already ... read more

Don't stay there!! Nothing good: poorly equipped, old noisy ac, old tv with poor picture, no one at front desk during evening, low life's who were yelling and cursing around kids during a mandatory evacuation at 515am, just awful on every level!!

The worse hotel It was the worst experience hotel stay ever!!! The bathtub water dripped all night and day. There was no wi-fi(it was advertised free wi-fi) I forgot my toothpaste I called room service to see if I could of purchase or if they had a complimentary toothpaste and of course they didn't have any at all. We will never go back there or to any Extended Stay America again!!!!!

Bad service staff Never somebody came to clean the room. When I asked the first day where the restaurants are, the answer was very poor.

Horrible customer service This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was exceptionally poor. They did not even want to refund my room deposit when I left the room until I stood my ground
