There was no heat or hot water and they wasn’t tryna give me another room very dirty but clean at all

Last resort My last day, I saw a roach come from the tv. The appliances are old and outdated and I didn’t feel very safe as people were able to come and go as they pleased. The staff was very friendly but the photos of this hotel are NOT accurate.

We stayed at this hotel after a concert. My boyfriend ordered us breakfast on doordash (Starbucks) and it was delivered to the front door. When he went down to get it, almost immediately after it was delivered, it was gone. He asked the front desk about it and they blatantly lied, saying that they didn’t know where it was. He could see the bag and then drinking one of our drinks. Room was ok, nothing to write home about. The shower did not work so we were unable to shower.
