As soon as I exited the elevator, the hallway smelled like someone cooking beef & onions. This offended me because I’m a pescatarian. I entered my room and was greeted by the unpleasant odor of a dog. To top it off…I was awakened in the middle of the night be a stink bug crawling on my arm. If I had not been so tired, I would have checked out in the wee hours of the morning.

Intruder I reported to a worker at the front desk, there was a roach crawling in the kitchen area of my room in which I killed it. In the bathroom, the shower head could not adjust. It looked like someone tapped it up but it was still leaking. If your sitting on the toilet you actually have to move your legs to close the bathroom door.

Get what you pay for. I knew that and was tolerate of the noise from doors opening in hallway and noise from adjacent rooms. ( I wear earplugs at night) I would not stay here if they had carpet in the rooms, instead they have vinyl flooring but when I got into the shower, the water at my feet was dark gray !!! Meaning that the vinyl floor really needed a good mopping with clean water and a clean mop. I was bummed by this dirtiness. The bed sheets & towels were clean. Disappointed My stay was horrible. Didn’t get the accommodations I requested. Was shocked to receive handicap room after having reserved a double room and when I made the reservation it indicated there were four rooms remaining. When I checked in and went to room my wife and I wondered why bed was almost to the floor. Not once did the attendant indicated that was the room was booked when I told her there was no way I could get on that bed because I would not be able to get up. Arrived here and to my surprise discovered this place is a shelter! The rooms are filthy, smelly, dark and dreary. The other hotel patrons and surrounding area is sketchy. The front desk staff (aside from management) is ghetto. No common area amenities aside from "breakfast" which, according to staff, is supposedly grab and go bars and juice pouches from an end table near the entrance. I checked in and checked out of the property within 15 minutes of each other. Would not recommend, do not stay here.
