There was a roach motel on the side of the refrigerator and a smeared dead roach in the bathroom on the wall above the shower then two doors down from some guest started to fighting at about 5:40 in the morning and when I stepped out my room the woman was in the hallway naked screaming and yelling don’t break my phone she was let back in the room and the fighting got intense that’s when I decided to check out early and get some rest at the airport

Paid for stay in advance to save $$$. Site said Pet Friendly, but they tacked on over 20 percent fee after arrival for our dog. Why not say ‘Pet Friendly with additional fee,’? Don’t mind additional fee but be transparent about it! Also, lamps by bed were inoperable

This is mainly for Expedia - your website says they have an airport shuttle, but they don't. TAKE THAT OFF YOUR WESITE. The refrigerator in the room also makes a knocking noise whenever it cycles on which is very annoying too.

C’mon people, get it right! Bathroom sink was clogged. Unfortunately there have been bathroom issues with my rooms in Extended Stay iin more than 5 or 6 of my most recent rentals. When I am in Baltimore, I am usually too busy to spend time dealing with malfunctions of this nature. Oh yeah, my wall phone didn’t work this most recent visit and on probably 3 other visits making it impossible to receive wake-up calls.

Friendly Staff and No Pests, but... The staff were friendly and I didn't find any evidence of pests, plus the location is convenient and surprisingly quiet. However the first room I checked into reeked of cigarettes, had a broken bathroom sink, and was filthy -- thick dust on the edges of most things and earwax smeared on the phone received. Hotel.com gotta do better Soon as I walked into through the automatics doors of this hotel it smelled of marijuana. Not just a little. The whole place reeked of weed. Even after I got to my room. The place stunk. Once I checked in, I asked about shuttle service. There was none!! The only reason I booked this hotel on hotel.com was for shuttle service. Stay away!!! They advertise that they have transportation to and from the air port. That is not the case. The place was dirty and had a smell to it. The air-conditioner made a loud grinding noise when it would turn on. We sleep on top of the bed sheets as the place look like it had bugs. Killed five to six fly's in the room The facility needed a deep cleaning and a remodel. We did not feel safe at this location. Not a place to bring your family.

It had to stuff but you had to go down and get kitchen where. The only ice was from the freezer in the kitchen but you had to put the water in the trays and wait hours for it to freeze. The place smelled

I visit from out of town the first night my tolet overflow and I have a 3 year old son who the staff said he have to quite down by 10pm I felt like a shelter instead of a hotel stay..
