Needs serious renovation and updating I give the staff 5 staff for being helpful, resourceful, timely and friendly throughout my stay. This facility is an old and run-down facility in need of serious repair. The bathtub faucet had to be fixed. My room window did not close completely (didn't realize til end of stay). The carpet was torn. The remote for the TV was missing. I commend the staff considering what they had to work with.

The worst experience ever. I had a reservation, called the hotel that my flight is late and would get there by midnight. I got to tje hotel and they couldn’t get me a room. I was stranded with two children in the middle of the night. And then my card was charged. I need a refund.

There were roaches in the room and the grab and go breakfast was non existent

My stay was not so good because when I checked and there were no dishes in my kitchenette. There was noisy neighbors above my room .
