Roaches and broken fixtures plus most rooms are occupied by ppl living in the room

Property was clean. Nice front desk people. But facilities are terrible. Major concern was that hot water was not working. We had shower on cold water. Plus, No utensils provided in kitchen.

The property sold my room and was fully booked and couldn’t accommodate me and my baby after Expedia was fully paid and left me with no money

Terrible The air conditioner was making noises so I turned it off and was uncomfortable. The refrigerator was loud. The people in the room next to me were fighting all night. When I tried to call the front desk no one answered. The front desk clerk didn’t tell me anything about the supposed breakfast. I didn’t even see any signs. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

You’ve been warned! This hotel should be demolished. It’s disgusting and filthy. I was on the 3rd floor. Thank goodness I had Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. My deadbolt didn’t line up so it wouldn’t lock. Two of the lights didn’t work. I woke up at night to use the bathroom and killed a bed bug and that wasn’t even the worst of things. The entire 3rd floor smelled. Ppl that live there must be too lazy to take out their dogs because it smelled like dog feces and urine. There were so many red flags. Horrible Stay The hotel was extremely unsanitary. There was trash in hallways and a roach infestation. We requested that we change rooms 3 times and one room they moved us to was not cleaned; and, we checked in at 11 pm. We had to continue to go back and forth to the car to get our belongings as we were not comfortable having our bags in the room. The hotel hallways also smell like animal urine. It was worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The health department really needs to shut them down. I would like a refund.
