The worst experience ever. I had a reservation, called the hotel that my flight is late and would get there by midnight. I got to tje hotel and they couldn’t get me a room. I was stranded with two children in the middle of the night. And then my card was charged. I need a refund.

There were roaches in the room and the grab and go breakfast was non existent

My stay was not so good because when I checked and there were no dishes in my kitchenette. There was noisy neighbors above my room .

Bedbugs I just got back from staying there & have a bunch of bites on my body

They failed to inform me of no water between 7am- 2pm still haven’t come to deal with the roach issues and broken cabinets and room was never thougfhrly cleaned properly..
