Aero Dr Deplorable I have never been in such a deplorable environment. The front desk clerk was aloof. The 1st room had trouble getting in and once in the carpet stained. Tub water would not turn off. Sheets dingy. Got a room change to the 3rd floor. The entire floor reaked of dog feces and an unpleasant odor. Once in the room. The sheets were dingy and stained. I will never ever stay at this location nor recommend. If it wasn’t so late I would’ve slept in my car

Do not recommend After checking in, the first room they put me in was not clean. Bed wasn’t made, pillows were on the floor. I went back to the front desk to tell them and the lady responded with “oh well what would you like me to do” uhm put me in a clean room!!? It was after 10pm. After getting into the new room the bed was so uncomfortable. There was a half used roll of toilet paper and nothing extra. There was one little bar of hand soap and nothing else.

Run down hotel! What a horrible experience. The mattress had coils almost exposed. The shower curtain was drooping with far down you had to duck to avoid hitting your head. There were people living in the hotel. They had child gates on the door so they could leave their door open and their children loose. The kids were screaming past 11:00 pm. And in the morning when I told the front desk they told me that they were aware of the situation. There are many other hotels nearby. No need to stay here. Never again!

Why does it say pay at the hotel then they don’t take cash.
