I got to the place and there was no room. Hotels.com did not confirm my stay with the Hotel and I winded up sleeping in my car.

Bad experience When I booked I booked Queen Studio. I got 2 full beds was not happy the beds were too small. The room smelled bad. Also we were to have a free shuttle to airport this was discontinued due to covit19 but hotel.com had not updated the website. Also free continental breakfast was not there. The bathroom was nasty.

Rooms were dirty and kept when checked in and the front desk is the meanest person Was blaming for they not keeping their room neat Non smoking room was filled with cigarette and smoke

Those guys switched my room and gave me a different room even after paying my protection plan ,dirty room , room was used by some else and wasn't cleaned afterward old shores water keeps running all night long , smelling rooms , and the beds ohhh you weakup when you are sick from sleeping

Definitely would not stay at this property ever again, the property was not clean, the trash was overflowing each day in the trash room, no customer service. We were assigned three rooms before they had it right at front desk. The young person behind the desk excuse was I do not normally work at this location. The linens were old, the furniture was old. And people were actually living in this place. We tried to get our money back however we booked thru your site and they would not return money. Again I will not book thru Exp... read more

I liked the location.lots of places to eat and shop.what I did not like was the staff very bad customer service sucked.rooms were dirty and dusty.asked for room service did not get it.
