RUNNNNN Dirty hotel! Don’t stay, Don’t check in! RUNNNNNNN! Drug addicts all over the place! You have to take your dirty towels to the lobby so they can count how many dirty towels you are returning to get clean towels! The room was so dirty even after I cleaned and wiped everything down!!!!

The restroom wreaked of urine. The freezer motor sounded like a UFO which intermittently kicked on throughout the night. People congregated outside the room until 1am which I assume is normal for extended hotels such as these, but inconvenient for a business trip.

Not as represented Extremely disappointed with shuttle service limited hours. Had they been posted on the site I would never had booked. With no service from 10 am to 5 pm; what happens to people during that arrival or departure time. Next you can't claim you have breakfast if all you have are breakfast bars, cold packaged muffins and instant oatmeal. Nothing like our other booking experience at all. I'll pass next time.

Just ok for the price Place was ok but they should take down the part where it says it offers free breakfast as that is slightly deceptive. While if your lucky enough for the office to be open the only thing they really consider breakfast is some oatmeal or granola and a cup of coffee.

Nice Hotel, pleasant staff. I was not Impressed with the room house keeping service. The Room must just had construction work done, because there was drywall dust on the closet curtain and all over the bathroom floor and baseboards. Also around the TV stand. I felt this was very unexcitable for a nice Hotel that I have used on many trips.

Smoke smell, so they have not remodeled since smoking used to be allowed. It’s old, that sums it all up. Flyer on table, “we offer plates/cups” no the cupboards were bare, this is the norm not the exception. Place barely hanging on.

Not happy Checkin was slow, place was busy with ringing phone, one person at desk at 11pm. Our Room door was difficult to open, carpet had red stains on it. The room smelled of old musty odor. Hit us as soon as we walked in. It was 11:20 pm we were way too tired to ask for another room. Also feared it may have been the same or similar condition. The sheets and linen did appear to be clean but honestly would not return. The odor and stains were too much for us.

Shame Toilet was leaking. The lady didn't want to come let me in to get my key card. I been driving for 7 hrs straight and working . Then that bad service.
