It was horrible new toilet people in a room stairway was dirty it was just awful

Got there and the door was locked ,and lights where off. I called the front desk and a woman let me know she was in there and would unlock it. Once I finally got my room when i went inside it was a oreo on the counter !!! Crumbs on the floor , stains on the shee

I showed up and found my lights already on. The door was difficult to open. The bath tub had chips missing in the finish. There was an empty roll of toilet paper with no extra rolls in the room. Most of the lights were not plugged in and the tv remote wouldn’t work for the tv. Definitely wasn’t pleased with my stay. The front desk that night was sweet as can be. Didn’t like that the only way to get beverages or snacks was to use my card at the machine.

Awful place to stay Upon check-in, I had to wait outside in the cold and unsafe area for about 5 minutes after I call to let them know I was waiting. Room had some wiered smell. We bought room freshener as we booked here for 2 nights. One of the lamp was not working. USB cord Mobile charging port not available so dont forget your actual mobile charger. We had 2 bags and our room was on first floor and there is no elevator. Get your own water bottle, plasticware.

The numbers on the rooms are so tiny and far away it's very difficult to find your room. The room it self was not clean. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the towles were all stained. It was also very loud. The room smelled like old cigarettes and b.o.

Convenient location but Trashy hotel There was a drug bust or something going on when we arrived. The grounds are trashed and not well kept. Our door didn’t lock, there was underwear on the floor at the edge of the bed and there was no shower curtain.l enamel on tub was peeling off. Only three flat pillows for two people.
