Mala recepción, si dieron habitacion con vista, muy sucias las instalaciones afuera y adentro. Desayuno pésimo cafe y muffins. Caro para lo que ofrecen.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed at First of all we were transferred to from the one on international drive to the one on aero drive cause of overbooking. First we didn’t get the room type we payed for. Second the first night we were there the people in the next room were playing music so loud that we couldn’t sleep. Called front desk they went to that room and they turned it down till the person left and turned it right back up. This went on till 3 am in the morning. Lack of items and no hair dryer in room! I won’t be back!

The Room From Hell The room was not cleaned properly..It was stickness on the counter top where people are suppose sit down and eat in the kitchen..The exhaust fan in the bathroom was leaking water on the bathroom floor..It codwebs in the bathroom overtop the shower.The carpet was not valcumed it was paper and clothes tags on the floor.The refrigerator was not cleaned out properly.The remote did not change the channels on the tv it just turned it on..The room took very long to warm up..It was crumbs on the stools of the bars... read more

The outside was poorly kept and the room was worn.

Parking is horrible, issues with toilet.

Difficult to find room, especially when not given proper directions. Room had a weird smell, heard barking all night (dogs allowed in rooms), poop outside, dirty towel found in room when arrived, you have to exchange your linens and towels to front desk if you want new ones, and pillows were not comfortable.
