Sheets were clean! :) Clean but old hotel. Only had one washcloth for 2 people. Said nonsmoking but clearly had recently been smoked in.

It reeked of smoke even though it was labeled a non smoking room. There weren’t even soaps in the bathroom to wash with. The pillows were horrible. The man who was supposed to check us in was asleep and I had to go into the back area behind the desk to find him because when we called out “hello” there was no reply.

The toilet wouldn’t flush on top of the room not being serviced and I was charged a extra night for land I only stayed for 3 nights . It was so bad and I hardly got sleep because it was always loud. I would love a refund or comp night because this is unacceptable

Found out at check in that they were overbooked. I was downgraded to a double room from a king room and was charged an additional $10 for my inconvenience. I asked for a non-smoking room but was immediately greeted by the strong odor of stale cigarette odor when I opened the door to the room. The entire room had that stale smoke and damp mildewed smell. Never again The stay was not so good, 1. The AC stop working midway thru the first day. 2. The toilet ran all night. 3. The front desk was not helpful. 4. Unruly neighbors. I have stayed at Extended Stays and this was by far the worst. I'll will not stay at another.

Extended pits. Worst night in a very long time. Place was not very clean. Could not adjust aiir. Toilet was stopped up and I had to use the plunger, after walking to get it. Place was noisy and I felt unsafe. Parking was the pits. I never plan to stay here again. Should get a refund.
