Horrible Experience - Never Again! First floor room. Waited 10 mins. for someone to appear at front desk. Note said push button on a phone, but no phone anywhere in the lobby area. Hallways reaked like marijuana - each door we passed brought another blast of stench. Window was double-paned, inner pain still had BB/bullet hole, as did the curtain when you pulled it. Nightmare, room was disgusting. Pubic ahir in the bed, floors sticky, urine on toilet, hair on tub and very stinky

The accommodations were not clean, poorly managed, nothing was in the rooms as it’s stated and the hospitality and housekeeping is awful. This is the third time I have stayed in a extended stay in different areas and did not think it could get worse. My experiences have been below sub par with all 3 but I have it the benefit of the doubt. Clearly the issues are accross the board with this company.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful at her job. Very welcoming and accommodating. However, when we opened the door to our room the TV was on, there was a mild smell, the pillows on a chair, no sheets or blankets, no towels or shower curtain. We went back to the front desk and she was very apologetic and saying we weren’t the first one with that complaint. She offered us a different room. We asked for a refund and she wasn’t able to do that. She said a manager would call us the next day. I have never received that call.... read more
