Assigned first room - found it to not have been cleaned by staff. Asked for and assigned second room - same situation. Asked for my money back.

I've stayed at this property serval times and it has not been a good experience each time. The rooms are not clean I had to tell the front desk one time to come and change our sheets. Another time there were no washcloths in the bathroom, and another time no toilet paper. I was at this property over the weekend and the carpet on the 2nd floor smelled so dad.
