Poop on the Toilet Seat I have stayed at this particular Extended Stay several times, and this is by far the worst. First, the cleaning person couldn't have cleaned the bathroom, because there was poop on the toilet seat when I lift up the cover. The shower wasn't clean at all. I had to wipe the toilet seat several times. It was just horrible. I wish I could say something nice, but I can't lie it was terrible.

The toilet kept running Had a restless sleep The room had a order to it

When we got back to our room from going to dinner there was someone sitting on the floor in the hallway next to our room with head phones on and phone plugged into outlet in y’all, it was advertised as having coffee maker and small kitchen, there was no coffee maker no cups no nothing just sink and refrigerator

Really old property and the staff needs help. They are very nice but can’t do it on their own. Also, note that there is no daily maid service. You should be told this when you check in

Check in guy was less than unfriendly, but my main beef is that out of the whole hotel he sticks us directly beside a pet room. This pet room clearly had an owner who left there dog their and it was yapping all night long. We left. Even when I went to check out they really didn't care that much. Also room says it's extended stay but they don't even stock it with any glasses for water or anything.

Room kitchen area not clean. I had to clean. Carpets not clean. Out dated

they dont have any housekeeping to clean the rooms and pass out towels
