The property is in a great location, but it is in dire need of renovations and general daily upkeep. Each time I entered the building, there was a terrible smell, not due to cleaning supplies or other chemicals. The automatic hand sanitizer sprayer in the lobby was empty upon my arrival and was never refilled. The bed linens and towels (some, very thin and discolored) seemed clean, thankfully. The staff were nice but you can tell by how little the cleaned the hallways that you knew they didnt clean the rooms correctly. They gabe me a handicap room after i asked not to have one and paid for a regular room!

The property was run down and smelled horrible. Their were guest walking with no shoes on. There was one adult male guest who made inappropriate contact with an obvious underage female. The room itself was subpar, the safety located on the inside lock of the door was broken. The refrigerator was filthy on the outside like it had not been cleaned in months. The photos located online for advertisement are very misleading. I had to have my keys programmed 2 times in under an hour. The baggie carts were barley functioning. This ... read more

My daughter got bit by an insect in her sleep, and the front desk attendent recorded it but did no follow up. The stay was almost one week ago, and the bites are still visible on my daughters leg.

ot an extension of home. This was a terrible experience. It was late when we checked in and we were told that there was not a room avaiable. The receptionist asked us to be patient and she found a room for us. Upon entering the room, there was a puddle of water sitting on the floor by the door. The refrigerator was hot and the entire room had a pungent smell. Walking into the restroom, the toilet and tub were terribly stained and there were roaches under the sink. The property was ok i was just disappointed that when i went to my room it smelled like smoke and they told me that the other room th3y had available was worst.

This hotel was uncomfortable and unclean. They had people walking and arguing all night and drug addicted staying there. The staff was nice but the stay was scary.
