Hurricane weary Room was not as clean,microwave dirty, tub and faucets need extra attention.Stale odor and refrigerator door has rust spots .All these problems tells me this room was not sanitized .I travel with disinfectant and cleaner, so I was able to clean and disinfect the things that I and my family would come in contac.Very disappointing.Carpet was funky,smelly.

Do Better The tubs should never have a ring around them also the sheets had 2 different types of hair on them..this hotel is in a great location but the rooms look very cheap and outdated

We picked this hotel to have a fridge and kitchenette. The fridge is broken, there are no kitchen utensils, and they are allowing everyone to smoke weed even though the hotel is advertised as a non smoking hotel. On top of that the room key has stopped working three times.

Very Poor Housekeeping...No Do Not Disturb Sign. No Coffee Maker In The Room. Zero Basis Amenities. Guest With Pets Should Have Own Floor. A Dog Barked In My Hall For The Entire Morning..The Hotel Claims Smoke Free But The Whole Floor Reeked Of Marijuana. The Only Good Thing Was The Hot Water...But That Was Tarnished Because Of Stained Tubs.

They had no dishes. They had roaches. The beds were lopsided. Stains in the carpet. The toilet was loose. There was hair in the tub from someone shaving. Just nasty and service wasn’t very friendly checking in either. I got my money back for remaining days because I refused to stay another night!

The check in was good. Get to the room and it smells like fresh paint, so I called the front desk to tell them and to get switched to another room it took damn near an hour. Never again.

Don't stay here. Bug infested & dirty I booked ahead of time, arrived late at night and the room wasn't ready. The first room was on the first floor. Walked in and there were no towels and no toilet paper. The room itself had wall paper peeling and the dresser drawers had roaches in them. I requested a new room which the front desk lady was extremely nice about it. The second room was on the third floor and had what looked like a wasp or bee on the floor and knates flying around.
