Not great for the price I paid The value I got did not match the price I paid. A few issues included my washcloth smelling like cigarettes when I washed my face, garbage out front and no sliding door entrance can make moving in luggage more difficult. The front desk staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was very dark, even with the lights on.

I stayed there while my home was being repaired from damages. The staff is terrible, If they don’t like you they up the price

It was so horrible! The whole hotel smells! The room smell even more. The covers and towels were dirty as hell. I was scared for my life. It's like a trap house hotel. I have never experienced anything like that. It was terrible and not worth my money at all! I would not recommend to anyone at all!

Disgusting Was guaranteed a non smoking room through hotels.com and was greeted to an entire floor wreaking of smoke to include our individual room, which also was not a non smoking room. Cigarette burns all over the bathroom floor along with pubes on the counter. Immediately requested a refund but was not available to cancel or modify the listing through the hotels.com website, so had to deal with being charged for this room while still needing a hotel elsewhere for the night.

Room was truly dirty. A lot of dust on the bathroom vanity. Like if it has not been cleaned for days. The lady in the front desk that checked us in was rude and impolite. We felt unwelcomed. We arrived late one evening, and in the parking of the hotel, just in front of the lobby area , there was a group of people seating on the grass drinking beer, bottles and littering all around them.
