It was a awfully experience to be awaken to a roach crawling on side of my face it could have went in my ear I was so nervous to go back to sleep I sit up all night .

This property was disgusting. The lobby and hallways smelt terrible. Online it says breakfast and coffee are included, however, breakfast was a packet of oatmeal and ONLY black coffee. We were extremely unhappy with our stay that we checked out a day early to go to a different hotel. I can’t believe I paid that much for this trashed hotel…. A refund was expected but of course not provided.

Tub bath was filthy on arrival; was told only cleaned every 14days!!! What the hell with pandemic STILL ON and you clean every 2weeks??? We’re my sheets clean? The kitchenette’s countertop was unglued, leaving dirty sharp areas. No one to receive us upon arrival.

The carpet in the Hallways and Hall areas have a Horrible smell. This is an Upscale area of town, I was VERY Disappointed.
