Poor customer service My reservation was confirmed the day before my arrival yet upon checking in we found that you had overbooked and although they found us a room late at night and after a long trip this did not make for a good start. they I learned that my credit card was billed for the first night of my stay and then received a second charge for both nights so I have been overcharged by over $100.00 I have placed calls to the hotel, the phone is not answered and have sent emails and have had no response. Not happy .

Sub Par Old and outdated and smelled like smoke ... had to change rooms. For the area this hotel is in it does not match expectations at all.

They stole my sons medication

Disgusting & understaffed for game day weekend Upon check in, front desk employee was unfriendly and lobby was dirty. Elevator smelled like ketchup and there was food crumbs all on the floor. When entering the room, it felt musty and dirty immediately. We pulled back the sheets and discovered a stain on them so called down to front desk to request more sheets. Too costly for conditions Hotel conditions were disappointing. The hallways were dirty and the room was humid and hot upon arrival. The staff nice but there was no blow dryer in the room and when we asked for one we were told they were out and would work on it. After 40 minutes we had no follow up and went down to desk ourselves to hear the same thing. For a hotel costing $150 and meant for “extended stay” a blow dryer is not too much to ask.

Horrible!!! Dirty!! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! Room and hotel rooms were dirty!! The outside looked to not have been cleaned in years!!! I will never stay there again!! We should be given a total refund!!!

I was very dissapointed by the room My room was very outdated, the refrigerator had rust all over, the bathtub wouldn't drain, and the rest of the room was very outdated. Two lamps in the room did not work. I would avoid this hotel.

Don't Stay If you're staying for an extended amount of time and you don't mind staying in a place that smells like weed and pickles this may be fine. I checked-in super late and the first thing I noticed was there was hair in the tub. The most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I probably should have walked down stairs and complained but I was so tired I took the sheets off the bed and just fell asleep.
