First stay that we were not happy We got three texts and calls from them after the first night saying that we were supposed to be checked out and I booked the hotel for two nights. Somebody went in our room, touched all our stuff and threw it in our suitcases without our permission. They said we canceled the stay for the second night and I said no we didn’t. The check-in and checkout process was horrible! The same person did not look me in the eye, did not greet me,Did not give me a receipt. I did not feel safe! The room had an odor of death! The sheets and pillowcases smelled stale and musty! The room was booked for two people. There was one plastic cup, one washcloth, and blood stains on the interior bathroom door and counter.
