Our room was never cleaned by a house cleaner, and we had no towels. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable we could hardly sleep.

Stay Away Took 45 minutes for check in. No ice machine. Not a real breakfast (only granola bars and muffins). Hair on shower wall- bathroom was clearly not cleaned, hopefully the rest of the room was. Dead bolt didn’t lock. Given different room than the one booked. We spoke to the front desk and told that we would be notified by the manager about our experience and find ways to resolve the issue within 48 hours. Never received any contact from them. Overall, the worst experience in my life at a hotel.

No one was around to clean. The elevator floor was always dirty for 24 hours. Nothing in the bed room as far as amenities, but soap. Kitchen but no utensils, or anything to cook with. First time disappointing.

3rd Chance for a Clean Room & Disappointed Again Yet again, a dirty room. Shower had lots of black hair and obviously hadn't been cleaned. Check-in is laborious as they demand all kinds of information that is none of their business.

Disappointed Worst place ever. Do not stay here. They had our rooms all screwed up had a handicapped room booked for my mom who is confined to a wheel chair. When we checked in it was not the room we booked. There was no roll in shower or recliner. We had to book an extra room. Which we had to pay for. Manager would not come down and accommodate nothing and would not contact us next day. We had to move a recliner from a mother room and we had to do that ourselves. Very rude manager From my experience, when you go to a hotel, you expect to at least get a cup of coffee after your long ride. Not this place. No coffee, juice,etc. till morning. Dont expect breakfast either. All you may get is a muffin or piece of fruit. The manager needs to be retrained for people skills. He has a very nasty disposition. We POLITELY asked if they could make coffee, just one container and, he whirled around in his chair and gave us a very nasty NO. Our room had lights beside the bed but you turn them because there were no outlets! The bathroom needed a good scrubbing, especially the bathtub. We left and came back the next morning and they were very nice and helped me get a refund.

Listed as a pet friendly hotel, didn't say that there would be a $25 per night charge for a pet. I don't mind a nominal fee for having a pet but $25 per night is a bit excessive and should not be a surprise upon check in.

Found hair in the sheets and in the bathroom. Nothing seemed very clean in the room. Since we had just left a very clean hotel, this was not very pleasant
