So so Check in process was very smooth and person was polite and kind. The room was clean but an overwhelming smell of cologne. Did not know if this was something used as an air freshener or something from the room next door. The mattress was uncomfortable and both nights loud conversations either in hall or room next door interrupted the night. Was also disappointed in the continental breakfast offering. No water or ice and ore-packaged muffin or nutri grain bar

My stay was very comfortable and quiet. Everything is so clean and sanitized. The staff always had a kind word or a genuine smile. Not like a word that one can see right through. But a word that had substance of kindness and care to.
