The 4 times I stayed at the extended stay America There is never any one at the front desk when I get there

Would not recommend this property. My reservation was for three people. No bed linens for the sofa bed. Had to ask three times and use an upset tone to get them. This is after I volunteered to wait for the linens at the front desk. Found socks of what I could assume was from previous guests. Did not trust the cleanliness of the room. This was NOT a pleasant stay.

Extended Sleepless Anxious Stay I was on a business trip on 5-28-20 and this stay was on the return leg of trip. My wife had booked the trip and was given a confirmation #. Being I was traveling late that night, my wife called the Extended Stay on State Farm Pkwy, Birmingham to confirm there would not be a issue with a late check in. Speaking of a issue, this had to be the most horrible stay I have had at a hotel in my travels. Dirty room in poor conditions. Kitchen fully empty. Sheets smelled badly.

Warning! Go Next Door Instead. Not an enjoyable stay. Leaking roof in lobby. No elevator which was not disclosed on the website. Uncomfortable mattresses. Rooms are not stocked with plates, silverware, coffee machines, etc. that you would expect in an extended stay hotel. Rooms are insanely noisy. You can hear every car going up and down the interstate and I have stayed at the Hampton next door which was quiet. I will spend the extra $20 and go back to the Hampton next door.

I went to check in and they did not have a reservations. They sent me to another extended Stay and they also did not have a reservation for me and they checked the other extended America properties and I was not listed anywhere. So I said thank you and left without staying anywhere

Decent furniture and kitchen appliances. Everything worked, but there were no numbers on the dials on the stove or oven. The kitchen had a few small messes (dry so easy to pick up, but if I did it that quickly, the cleaning staff could have). We stayed 2 nights, the 2nd night, we found a baby bedbug and I discovered he had bites on him. We checked for evidence of more (I always do this upon checkin to avoid it because I've dealt with them before and it is miserable. I found none & didn't think more about it until this.)
