Worst GM anywhere I first checked in and very little was explained to me and then I found a dirty syringe under the bed and when the front desk called me I explained to them what had happened and because I used one word of profanity the GM of the hotel decided to end my reservation and kick me out of hotel without even talking to me the GM is probably the most irresponsible disrespectful woman that I’ve ever met very Inconsiderate and clueless to how to do her job she should actually be replaced and put into a training cours... read more

Rude service. I secured my stay with credit card even call to confirm I can pay when I get there. The lady at the desk was very rude and even when I explained everything she continues to get even more rude. I travel alot and enjoy staying at this hotel chain. I will never book this hotel again.

The room smell bad and too much noise outsideAnd the customer service they don’t help

The water that air conditioner produces due the condensation fall back in the room that made the carpet wet and smells bad . That really hurt my breath for the couple hours that i used the room to showers or to change my stuff. Basically I used the room twice for the whole period. I contacted the frint desk cheneys she informed me that technicians are not available and will come by monday, which the date I'm checking out. The place was dirty the phone did not work the carpet was wet the room smelled really bad

Roaches everywhere. I had roaches in my bathtub, on the rim of a cup water I was drinking, one even entered my sushi I was having for dinner. Disgusting. I feel badly for anyone who “ extended stay”. I stayed less than 24 hours and that was enough. There was also hair everywhere in the room from the previous guest.

Horrible Stay, I Had To See 3 Different Rooms From Check In And Every Room Was A Problem Mildew Bugs Dirty Sherts Dirty Bathroom I Wouldn’t Recommendation For Anyone To Stay Here Hotel Needs To Be Torn Down And Rebuilt!
