I did not stay at the hotel. Directions were horrible and I could not get the hotel on the phone through 411 nor the number on my reservation. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! I had to stay at another hotel

Bad experience This hotel is horrible. The area is unsafe there were a lot of weird people hanging outside the rooms. The rooms were dirty with a broken and old furniture. Plus every morning the service people will keep knocking at ur door asking questions and call your room if you don’t answer them!!!!! It was so annoying and discomforting. I wouldn’t recommend it at .

No Difficulty checking in at reception but not very personable check-in person. The room was so disappointing. Broken cabinets, Old a/c unit that did not function very well and was VERY noisy. Television was very small. 2 small soap wafers. Microwave was dirty, sink was dirty...with caked on smears and stains. Bathroom was stained.

Place is a dump not one single thing to do. There aren’t vending machines or a swimming pool or any other amenity

Smoking on the 2nd building was a major problem for me. The entire build and my room reeks of smoke. It was a non-smoking room.
