Roaches everywhere...went to the front desk to as for a fork and knife, they only had a spoon...there’s no way this is a 3.5 stars hotel...

Rude staff terrible just terrible and not to mention the vending machine took my money without giving me my cookies then the staff accused me of lying how rude so then i say what dont you check your cameras obviously the camera isnt going to lie!!!!

It took two days to get kitchen supplies and one of my rooms had cockroaches hotel staff didn’t seem to care would not recommend for anyone

It’s okay The room was decent for one night over stay. The bathroom light was very dim. And the carpet was very dirty! I had to wait 30 mins to check in because no one was at the desk.

Waited 20 minutes before we saw someone to check us in. The non smoking room smelled of smoke.

Not again... I stayed at this hotel a few years ago, many times. This time the room was horrible, not sure what happened to this hotel!! Dirty wash cloth over the shower rod, empty soap wrapper on the side of the tub. Toilet wouldn't flush unless I took the lid off. And after I showered walk barefoot to my suitcase to get dressed, and the bottom of my feet were dirty. Very disappointed in that stay. The girl that checked me in was super nice, so I cant complain about that. Regardless, I wont stay here again, and it's a shame... read more

There was nothing to like. The maintenance of the property is poor. The room, which has a kitchen, did not have coffee maker, toaster, any dish. The closet did not have any hanger.
