I booked a room through expedia an the hotel gave the room to another customer. On top of that acted like it was my fault with an attitude

Horrible hotel I had to cancel my reservation it was horrible... From front lobby, dirty and all the Rooms were dirty even the toilet was clogged the ladie from the front desk had to go and try to fixed.... Horrible Horrible

View of trash, unreasonable early check in fee. View of trash cans, needs deep cleaning. $25 extra to check in at 2 p.m.! Friendly staff nevertheless.
