It was deplorable. Mold in the showers, dirty kitchen and weird red stains on the carpet. I stayed one night then cancelled the rest of my stay.

Worst Stay Ever ! The experience was awful initially we had checked in and the room that was given to us had roaches all throughout the kitchen the bathroom was dirty as if it was never cleaned as well as the shower My Partner and myself had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom just so we could use it and they failed to put bed sheets on the mattress upon our arrival we had to call the front desk just to receive these things awful experience should have been for free !

Poor service from staff Roaches in room Bed was not made the following night The hey didn’t work the first nite Waited about an hour to get another room Breakfast was not set up

If you have an option- take another hotel Bad smell in the room, not clean , big spots on the carpet.

The room smelled very bad . The floor was wet for AC liking . We said to person in lobby and nothing happened . Everything is very old and very ugly . The beverage dispenser was out of order all the time that we stayed there . It was a very bad experience. I don’t recommend this hotel .

They put in a room with a wet and smely carpet. When we called the reception,they said they just wash the carpet.Until now my throat is not getting better.Im waiting for my doctor's paperwork and my lawer.

Horrible Please don’t try and be cheap about your stay and book this hotel, it isn’t worth it! For $10 more you can find quality hotel on the other side. I was so disappointed on how dirty and run down it was. I don’t understand why this place is allowed to function with the condition they present to their guest. If you want terrible customer service, stained carpets, microwave old and falling off, bathtub that doesn’t drain, shelf that is falling, and no trash can in the whole room.
