Carpet was filthy. Cigarette burn holes in the blanket. Kitchen was not supplied with any dishes, utensils etc. no coffee maker

Terrible and wrong size room It was terrible they were suppose to have a suite available for us we are a family of 6 and we were given a 2 beds and no extra bed or bedding. So I had to go and buy a blow up bed for my kids to sleep on. The hotel also had a bug crawling around and sheets had fine black hairs on the bed as though a animal was on the bed. There was none of the things in room that was suppose to be ther. Not even a glass to drink out of.

Next to the train tracks and gouge pricing We had a family emergency during high season in Delray Beach - this hotel was the only one available and I was still sorry I booked. The prices were raised on Expedia apparently in congestion pricing. They don't clean the rooms - and despite the fact that I had 2 separate reservations wouldn't clean in between the reservations unless we moved out! The train rattles the building, they had no shampoo the first night. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

Dump Checked in, saw room, asked to check out and have a refund. Moldy bathroom, disgusting dirty carpets, chipped surfaces everywhere, cigarette stains on sink, old 80’s furniture, cabinets, decor, in an unsafe feeling setting adjacent to rr tracks. Room felt like a dark dirty cave. And it was $200.

Stinking room. Would like a refund.

Cheap hotel Needs a thorough cleaning - Saw an ant on kitchen cabinet, phone was filthy, sheets smelled like butane and felt like bed just not clean. On website it mentions breakfast - we found that misleading. Hotels offers coffee and breakfast bars. This is not the hotels fault, but the couple below us got in a huge fight. We eventually called police and they ended up arresting the guy. Again, not the hotels fault. Train right next to hotel and makes it a little loud when going by. OOPS! Won't stay here again Right near the train tracks.. Feels like an earthquake when the train rolls by. They don't police the area for cigarette butts and the grounds are an eyesore. For what you get and where it is located,, compared to Motel 6, this place is way overpriced. I don't care to write disparaging comments but this is one time I have to vent. Also didn't feel safe in this place.

Would not recommend this place Horrible smell, 70s decor, not clean, not safe feeling, and very loud train going all hours of the night and whole room and bed shakes every time. Will not stay here again. My collegue was given a key to a room that had someone in it...they wrote down the wrong room number...scary.

Not what I was expecting There is a train that goes past your room almost every twenty minutes. The bedding had burn holes in it. We had the room with two bathrooms, the one had what looked to be blood drops on the side of the tub. The rooms did not have coffee makers nor did the hotel provide any. The breakfast bar had oatmeal only and is if you can find it. Don’t waste $200 a night, you won’t get much sleep unless you are use to train blowing past your room every twenty minutes.
