It was very bad experience. I was with my family including two kids (4yr and an infant). The front desk people were not professional at all. We booked a suite room and when we reached there they mentioned they do not have suite that we booked available and instead offered another room which had very foul smell along with smoke. Checked in around 1am. Systems were down for the daily update. Took 45 min to get the keys. When I got them they didn't work.
