Opened my fridge to find leftover food. Called for an extra pillow and sheet to replace my stained ones that were there the second I walked into the room. Horrible experience overall the only pleasant part was check in.

There was not check in. They called me the hotel was full. Over sold. There were not room for me. Hope you guys did not charged as I had my credit card in the system to hold the room. I was with my wife sick in the way to the hospital to go thru a surgery next day. I explained that to the hotel...the just said we do not have a room for you.

Hotel room was not very clean, room smelled. The AC went out and we had to move to another room which was even worse!

Unpromising staff and hotel The trip was disappointing. I tried to reach front desk multiple times before arriving at hotel, but there was no response. when I picked up the phone outside the lobby, she responded and took a while to open the door. Then her system was giving issues to check me in. I booked a queen bed and she did not inform anything and gave keys. When I opened the room, there were two double beds! Poor lighting in the room, poor bathroom conditions, and the staff Had poor customer service when we reached out with an issue with the room

Nice hotel .....bad WiFi if that’s important Hotel was descent .....room was nice but a lot of people hanging out on catwalk and stairways......layout of room was good but floor appear to need a cleaning.....worst thing was the WiFi reception in last 3 stays at Extended Stay America has been bad to none ever since they switched internet companies

Worst service for such this rate !!! Starting from the check-in it was such a nightmare not worth the price choose another hotel please don’t waste your money in this property

Hotel needs to be renovated... Bed uncomfortable, room smells bad, and a lot of broken furniture.
