Terrible! !! Cleanliness was so bad, inside and out. Toilet seat broken, mildew, you can see through thin, stained towels. Phone did not work. We were there 2 nights, no housekeeping, no fresh towels. Expedia listed free breakfast. No such thing.

I checked in on May 5th around 8pm and I had to check out May 6th. Check in was pleassant and quick. Nice check in staff "Jill" at front desk checked me in. The room was "ehhh" had a musty smell, the sheets and blankets were dirty. I spotted a few baby roaches near the kitchen and in the bathroom area. Roaches!! I reserved several rooms and all of them had roaches. The rooms were out dated and smelled like mildew. I would not book this hotel again

The room stinks of cigarettes The hotel is immaculately clean, unfortunately, my room, and even the small lobby, reek and stink of cigarettes. There are no smoking signs everywhere, but the place smells like an old motel in the middle of nowhere.

Breakfast was beyond cheap. No food. Hotel ran out of soap. Rooms were not serviced. Bed and bedding was uncomfortable. Door keys consistently malfunctioned and staff was unable to provide consistent customer service. Would not recommend or use this hotel ever again.

Room not ready Check in time was suppose to be at 3:00 but a room was not ready until 5:45. Unexceptional!

Run down hotel. Needs many repairs. The rooms smell like the cleaner used to mask cigarette smoke. Even though they are supposed to be smoke free.
