Had to leave after 1st night Housekeeping could not cover up the old smoke and pet smells, so bad it kept me awake. Had to relocate to another hotel after 1 night. Staff was as helpful as they could be under the circumstance. Offered to relocate me but the new room also had the same odor. Perhaps they should consider renovating their popcorn ceilings as the material never stops emitting collected odors. Need better maintenance as well, given 3 broken items in the room.

Smell It smelled

Very poor. Worse hotel we have every stayed in. Toilet was blocked, I had to get a plunger to unblock. Thought it was fixed. That night would not flush nor in the morning. The 3 pillows there were flat and most uncomfortable. The blanket on the bed was thin and nothing to get warm with. Wi-Fi worked for 5 minutes then stopped working. Said there was a breakfast on website. Checked in and said they had a continental breakfast. In the morning only had coffee, we don't drink coffee and skinny granola bars. Very deceptive. This is the kind of run down motel you picture when old men go to to get laid by a hooker. The room stank so bad and the people blasted TVs all night, dogs barking all night. I used my own sheets, blankets and pillows it was that bad. And there were no outlets by the bed which was annoying. And you can tell they don’t actually clean everything. The only good thing about it was the bed and the staff, it was comfy as hell and the staff were really nice.

Too noisy. bed was not the actual size

You get what you pay for. My room was clean but smelt dirty and like somebody had smoked in it. The hall way all smelt dirty. Staff upfront just on their phone the whole time. I was told when I called there was breakfast. When I went down, there were 3 options. Muffin and some granola bars. I asked about the breakfast the lady said no, they would never say that’s it’s grab and go. She wasn’t the happiest person. Floor was sticky. I didn’t want to take off my shoes. Property seems older/outdated. Rooms are very loud...paper thin walls and you hear everything in the hallway.

Not again Cleanliness was below average. The front office staff appeared as though they didn't want to be there. Bed was not very good. There was no breakfast what do ever. I will not stay here again.
