Frustrated Sleepy Traveler I arrived around 1:30am and needed a room . I paid the full price. Fine. The cable did not work when I turned on the TV. When I turned on the HVAC; it rattled terribly. Also, when I woke several hours later to shower, I noticed a used towel in the bathroom. It made me question if the room was even cleaned or sanitized at all.

Bad place to go I need a reservation to booking.com for a room when I got there they charged me $30 more and put me in a handicap room never go there they didn't even tell me they had changed my room and I was so tired I didn't even think about what they're charging me

Room service threw away my belonging They emptied the refrigerator threw out my food Even threw away or took my unopened food They threw away my razor my tooth brush the tooth paste They didn’t stop there threw away my prescription medications And any clothes that were left in the room Three days before my reservation was over Not one staff member apologized I have nothing good to say about how they handled the situation Poor management I will never stay there again Highly disappointed

Disappointed I stepped on glass in my room, someone tried breaking into my room 6 times 3 times in one night. Property did nothing. Trash was left in my room, the room smelled unclean upon walk in, no toilet paper and never got any when i asked either. The hall ways almost constantly wreaked of pot which gave me a headache when id leave.

Lots of stinky garbage left in the stairwell. Room felt icky and there wasn't any conditioner or lotion available. The staff were poorly dressed and looked like they haven't showered in days. Staff used language too. Breakfast was not as advertised online-just granola bars. No coffee. Overall poor experience.

Staff was ok they charge extra for wi fi that actually works even though they advertise it has free
