Rooms smell of smoke, loud, unclean

The Extended Stay America is severely understaffed and can take some time for you to eventually be able to check into your room.

Disappointing hotel Slow check in got better after we found a clerk. Room was disappointing very sparten. The window shade did not fully cover the window. There was only one soap and tube of shampoo for two people. The breakfast was a granola bar, blueberry muffin and a cup of hot water.

Couldn’t find reservation initially, then WiFi was down so couldn’t check us in. Wrote my cc info on a notepad. Not secure at all. Kitchenette unit with no dishes, utensils, etc. property run down, service non existent. Stains all over the chairs in our room.

Close to airport and good for extended stay. However, we had come from 5 days of camping in yellowstone and the hotel internet was down. They made us wait for 3 hours inspite of us having confirmed reservations and at the end of 3 hours, manually checked us in. How come the Hotel does not have a process for checkin if their internet is down. Had to sit out in the hot sun trying to figure out what to do.. Inefficient.

Too “lived in” Flies buzzing around trash in the stairwells. Children using hallway as a playground. Elevator broke down. Leaky toilet. Breakfast to go was a granola bar or a muffin. Coffee or hot water for beverage. No coffee maker in room.
