So gross not clean at all stunk horribly. Bathroom sink was clogged and disgusting

Didn’t have bath towels in the room. Only hand towels.

The hotel was overbooked and we were turned away and not able to stay. The front desk said that Expedia always overbooks hotels and I will NEVER again be booking through Expedia. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Poor, poor service, Expedia.

Sub-par I’m honestly surprised there are so many good reviews of this hotel. My experience was not like the other reviews, especially given the pandemic. The front desk receptionist never had a mask on, nor was it ever visible. 90% of the guests I encountered did not either which made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I will say my room was very clean, but there was no coffee maker and no antibacterial soap. Se reserved early and when we showed up our room was not what I reserved. Took us 15 minutes to figure it out at the desk they confused me for another customer, our room had one less bed and they wanted me to pay extra day even tho we paid up front for our stay and they said it wasn’t paid for. Horrible experience and will not stay there again
