no customer service staff not so pleasant to assist. got upset she had to repeat her self in which direction my room was. and had written my room # sloppily and got upset her 5 looked like a 3... wont be staying here if im ever passing through again.
Dissapointed Upon arrival, our techs were greeted with their room not available and were sent to a one bed room. They mentioned that the room was still dirty no clean sheets and it seemed that someone ad just vacated the room.

There was trash under the bed, continental breakfast was granola bars, the staff was friendly enough but will never stay again.

No breakfast. One clerk at desk, completely overwhelmed.

The staff was very impersonal, not friendly at all. Garbage's in hallway were overflowing and smelled awful. We noticed that the lamp by the beds was not working. Let them know the next morning since we went straight to sleep that night. Lady was very rude and said it's probably unplugged. We checked that we told her. I don't think we will be staying at this place again.
