This property lacked wi-fi service even though it’s listed. The beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioner did not work so it was sweltering in our room, there was no remote control to the TV, no dishes in the kitchen, and the room was cramped so much that there was only 6 inches between the bed & closet on one side, 3 feet between each bed, & another 10 inches between the 2nd bed & the outside wall. I would not recommend this hotel to any friend or family. This is a medium cost hotel but felt cheap.

We reserved a Double Queen room and upon arrival there wasn’t one available. They had us in a King room with a roll away. We were then told a roll away wasn’t available and to check back the following day. We kept checking back and one was never available. I slept in the recliner for 4 nights. Would have gone somewhere else, but no other hotel could accommodate our length of stay.

There Dish Network wasn’t working. Very few channels. If you weren’t a coffee drinker you don’t get anything thing to drink with their grab and go breakfast. It really was sent a breakfast but a muffin and coffee. Won’t be back!!!

I guess they accept pets, however their was a yapping dog in the room next too me. I wanted sleep not a dog show

Dirty room and un organized staff We were booked into a room and when we went to head in discovered someone else was currently staying in that room. The lady at the desk was very nice and apologetic and we got a new room a few doors down the hall. The room was not clean ( we found some one else's dirty socks by the bed.) The room was not put back together correctly after cleaning either as the mattresse was flipped the the side you sleep on was facing the box spring. Will not be staying at a extended stay from now on.

Didn’t have tv avaialabke qtrs for the laundry didn’t even try and offer me anything to make up for the lack of service before check out I had the housekeeper banging on my door to have me leave an hour early andnthen at check out there was no one at the desk as there lobby was full of people waiting for any staff member to see us standing there
